I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate that enjoys working with adolescents and adults of all ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and religious backgrounds. I strive to create a therapeutic atmosphere that allows you to feel safe to come as you are and leave one step closer to who you want to be.
I provide systemic, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ+ friendly services and utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), exposure and response prevention (ERP), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), solution-focused therapy, as well as third wave and expressive therapies.
I work with individuals who have experienced depression, anxiety, relationship distress, trauma, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and various phase-of-life issues. I do not subscribe to any one-size-fits-all approaches to healing. I view my clients as whole people rather than a collection of symptoms or a problem to be fixed. My therapeutic process is collaborative, person-centered, and considers the unique needs of each individual I work with.
If this sounds like something you could benefit from, I would be honored to help you on your journey towards healing.
