At Peaceful Solutions Counseling, we use Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for treating the thoughts and behaviors related to anxiety. On a deeper level, understanding the origin of the anxiety and addressing underlying issues that helped create the anxious behaviors are explored and resolved using Transactional Analysis and other methods. If you or a loved one is experiencing anxiety that is causing problems in your day to day life and it doesn’t seem to be resolving on its own, you should consider treatment.
