Hi! I’m Vanessa and I’ve been a master's prepared social worker since 1998.  I have a diverse background with a lot of real-life experience to help you in your journey of healing, gaining control of your life, and becoming your best self!  I am a lifelong learner and have also obtained master's degrees in business and leadership.

I enjoy working with children ages 10 and up, adults, and couples for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship issues. I have extensive experience in the connection between chronic physical health conditions and mental health and believe that collaboration is a terrific tool for holistic treatment.  I have a certificate in the treatment of sexually reactive children, and will utilize CBT, DBT, and short-term solution focused care. 

My goal is to provide a safe, trusting, and validating environment that allows you to be your true self while we partner to work towards the goals you want to achieve.  My work is guided by hope, empowerment, and grace.
